Business Support Centre started providing its training services in 1995. Since that date, about 14 thousand trainees (representatives of business, authorities, NGOs) have attended different training programs at the Centre. Today, Business Support Centre is one of leading training companies in Western Ukraine. Our key principles are to be maximally practice-oriented and able to adapt to the needs of a client and market.

Training programmes at the Centre are provided by Ukrainian business trainers, who have been trained at training and consulting companies of USA and Western Europe and have considerable practical experience in relevant fields. Their trainings have been designed based on specifics of Ukrainian economy. Training goals are achieved through interactive learning methods like case study, simulation, business games, role play, moderation, elements of psychodrama etc. Training needs analysis is an essential element of a corporate training, which is conducted by means of questioning, focus-groups, “secret customer” research. Thorough analysis of training results is prepared after each training. Training department also provides HR consulting and coaching services.
